Help..who can chip a 8S ecu

Hi all, just been told that my 3 pin 8S ecu from my 96 2000 turbo cannot be chipped... so can anyone help/advise on a company that can or if I can use an other ecu for a different impreza and then get that chipped?

no one can "chip it" there are no solutions available for them you best bet would be go for a standalone ecu.
