they are easy to change but you will need a multi v pulley holding tool in order to undo the nuts/bolts any good tool dealer should be able to supply one. i fitted some cdf racing power pulleys on mine and only took 20mins to do the job.

HT04, is your PAS pulley held on by a nut or an allen-key type arrangement?

Assuming you have the nut type one you shouldn't need any special tools to take the three pulleys off, other than the usual sockets (although an impact wrench may help with the crank bolt and alternator nut).

Don't forget to torque the crank bolt up properly afterwards.
