Default what do you think to this?????

Hi all as above i have seen this item 310188264051 on ebay what do you people think to it, i am considering part exchanging my 2004 black sti with 25k on the, mine is standard bar an ecu tek remap and pionner sat nav unit, do you think its worth the change and what do you think a good price to change would be??

Normally because the quality of the car is not very good, ie crash/repaired (badly) or no after sales anything, once they have your money thats it....

Have a look through PistonHeads.com :: Speed Matters as you may find what your looking for closer to home

oh ok, i may keep looking then, i dont know if i am doing the right thing changing as the sti i have is a real minter and love it, i bought it from plymouth and its everthing thing i ever wanted and more, prob silly to spend money and end up with a worse car! The chap selling it dont seem over helpful either!

That one you have seen is also on Pistonheads, look at the one above it though (in the adverts) as its got 17k on the clock and is 500 quid more expensive (but falls into the cheaper tax bracket )

i think i will leave that one then, thanks for your advice, i will just keep enjoying the one i have got, give it a clean and start loving it again!!

Pretty sure thats a SIDC members car, although its a euro import not type UK.

He traded it in at that garage for an RS4.

For Sale: My06 Sti In Black, See Below - Subaru Impreza Drivers Club

Was interested in the car myself when it was for sale on SIDC, never got mine sold though.

As far as I'm aware it's a good car.

i think i will give it a miss now though, its just put enogh doubt into my mind and the chap selling it has not seemed over helpful or keen in his emails, sad though still looks a very very nice car!!!

I went to that garage to look at an RS4 before I bought my Hawkeye STI. Had alot of more expensive motors inside and was friendly and enough on the test drive of the RS4.

Seems cheap too doesn't it ... under £13k for a well modded car

Edit - just seen SIDC reference. Should be a good car if it is the one belonging to SIDC member.
