Yeah - on a flat bit of road

This topic is heading for a SIAL, only this one can be called SUAH (Scooby up a hill)

And I'm not convinced that its even the slightest bit real - the Subaru bit that is.

Something is towing it yes, but its either some clever tom foolery with the footage OR the truck literally only needed a very small helping hand

Hmmmm.... Yes we are shat as a nation when it comes to a bit of snow, but this down the goverment resources in making the correct call on precautions, all our money seems to be overseas at the moment helping fight everybody elses wars..... But then that is also our fault as we pay the excessive duty on EVERYTHING.... oh dear i think i'll leave it here as i can see where this is leading

Did we not see it coming??? YES we did and what have they done to prevent everything grinding to a hault.... NOTHING.

Thousands? Probably Millions mate..... Each man Gritting on the roads from a good source are on around £30ph call out, plus diesel, and salt, you must be talking Thousands of gritting lorries!

Global Warming is here to stay regardless of what peventative action is taken, all we can do is slow it down. But the point is the climate has changed and all we do as a nation is help reduce co2's & pay our taxes to let muppets make the decision on how to spend the cash OVERSEAS.

Of course it's real, it's a Blue Scoob and everyone knows they are the best.

Merry Christmas Red.

Why does it have to be the authorities paying for everything? why can't you take a bit of resposibility for yourself? why do Brits need to be molycoddled and then blame the government when something goes wrong due to you being to selfish to prepair yourself your some eventuality?

Simple things you can do to make your life easier, buy a set of winter tyres for your car and a cheap set of steal wheels, winter tyres last 5 years at least. Just think if you can! when you have your winter tyres on your car you are not useing your summer tyres so they last longer aswell. Plus you have taken a step to secure the safety of your family and car. Ah but we don't get snow in England !!! Think again look out the window!!! Also the biggest mistake you lot make is winter tyres are winter tyre and not snow tyres but as you all know better than everyone else you already know winter tyres only work in snow which of course you don't get in England. Do some research on winter tyres with high silicon compound and find out when and how they work.

also clear the snow and buy some salt so you can salt your path and the pavement outside your house not only will it be advantagous for your family it will also benefit pedestrians walking past your house. "WTF should I do that? that is the councils job!" "WTF do you think I pay my council tax?" Well it is called consideration and as you are finding out the council are over stretched and can't grit/salt every road or pavement so why not give em a hand it costs **** ALL!

Snow is becoming a fact in england whether you like it or not so why not take som precautions?

Wurzel has it spot on when your in a country that gets 3-4 foot of snow each year you have your winter tyres, your snow tyres, snow chains etc, over here we just live on summer tyres for all conditions, which are useless most of the time, especially in snow.

Winter tires = tires for every condition over winter not just snow, It's the compound of the tire that makes the difference not the grove/tread of the tire
