Got the chance of a 2.5 block with crank fitted for £650, its supposed to be in very good condition.(Stripped checked and put back together) is this a decent price.Is there anything to look out for. can i put 2.0 heads on it along with manifold, if so do they have to be a certain year 96 98 etc. if i fit an ra inlet with the fifth inj do i have to use ra ecu, as a its a ver 4 i have at the min. Thank for help, much appreciated........

The 5th injector is only there for show anyway (crazy I know), your 2.0 heads and existing inlet manifold will be fine but you will need higher capacity injectors

What do ye mean the fifth injector is only for show. Ive never owned a ra., but ive heard people say it makes a big diffrence.

I enquired on ebay about a block with the same description and selling price, seller was supposedly based in Nelson, Lancashire (where I live).

Ebay contacted me directly the following day, said they could not go into more detail but the seller was 'under investigation'

Reading between the lines it sounded like a scammer of some kind ?
