How do the silver plastic dash air vent surrounds come off on a bugeye?

Hi, you just need to give them a little gentle pry and the will pop out. I did this on my 04 to trial fit some gauges. This is for the round ones, the centre ones have clips and are screwed behind the cup holders. Hope it helps you

 

as above try prying it gentely with a small flat screwdriver with a bit of masking tape wrapped around it so u dont scratch anything

I tried the pry method to start off but nothing so thought i better ask before i break..lol

Will give it another go now with a bigger pry tool....hahaha
