Anyone know Philip Carter in Torquay?
I bought some CDBs from him before Christmas, he's stopped responding to emails and I am yet to see any blocks!
Any help appreciated - a number from him would be useful as the one I had is 'out of service'. Hmm.

His email address indicated some sort of business - Phil's Roadside Repairs - but a Google search didn't shed any light. eBay trading name is cazzyperkins if that rings any bells!
