With so many questions around dump valves it would be interesting to see who has them on their car.

STI UK, 2005, No Dumpvalve fitted, 8 months, car running MD321T+ and standard STI topmount at approx 450bhp. Sounds amazing
bigger and better engine being built at the moment and thinking about upping to a GT35-42

2002 bug wrx, had forge vta unit fitted for six months, kept getting funny looks when i was changing gear (even when driving normally) so i went back to standard recirc for the stelth approach. Need to sell the forge one now, as i want to spend money in other areas and begrudge paying over £120 for something that i most likely will not use again!! hehehe.

I got a Forge one off Ebay 2nd hand..Cheap!
I like it cos it doesn't seem to make any noise at all unless you use quite a bit of boost & even then it's reasonably subtle.
My mates Evo is the opposite, it sounds like someone smashing 10 pint glasses at once everytime he touches the throttle lol!
