spark plugs

As above, can anyone tell me whats the best plug. I have bought ngk7s,but went to change them and the ones that are in it at the denso iridium ik20. does anyone know the diffrence..

i got ngk pfr7b in mine which are platinum ik20 are iridium had them in before the ngks but keep getting slight miss fire so changed to ngk which so far alot better
