following on to my recent threads (flat battery & alternator test)

put the multimeter on my car tonight to try and source the problem, we've eliminated a knackered alternator and starter motor, but there still seems to be a draw on the battery from somewhere... the meter reads 0.9A which is enough to drain the battery apparently ... ive been told to take out the fuses one by one to try and find a circuit that may be the cause. we did a couple and noticed that when we took out the hazzard/horn fuse the meter dropped to 0.5A then back up to 0.9A when back in...

has anyone had any issues with the hazzard/horn fuse draining the battery?

How old is your vehicle again, I can have a look at the wiring diagram.

Could it be a tracker(if you got one fitted).

 

i have one yeah, im still eliminating other possable causes first.
