Hi Guys,

Last Friday I saw an unmarked Green Scooby nicking some poor git on the A3 near Cobham.
No ariels, or any other signs.
This is in addition to the Blue Golf VR6 which has tried to intimidate me into speeding before,

Seen that one on the A24 between Leatherhead and Dorking and on the Hog's Back (A31).
Seems to have a fairly large 'killing zone'.

Has it been on the Hogs Back since they reduced the speed limit to 60. I saw a Jam Sandwich on there two weeks ago, Wednesday late afternoon I think, doing speed checks, but haven't seen the Scoob yet.
