Thinking of taking a punt on this.. what are your thoughts please?

Keep an eye on the price, all the time is 1500 ish then it seems like a good deal but dont get carried away with it being MMS owned, I think that will attract a certain premium but be aware what else you can buy for the money before you let that premium come from your pocket.
