Default sticky lifter help please

hi all ive just done the head gasket on my wrx sti v3 its all timed up right but ive got a sticky lifter on the turbo side it cleared its self earlyer but now has come back and will not go what can i do other than pull it apart again as u prob now its a pain in the **** and ive spent enuf time bent over the car lol

I'm not sure if it's available in the UK, maybe check with Roger Clark Motorsport.

ill ask him but need somethink asap or the stihl saw is coming out and ill cut it up iv had enuf of this car

my 93 wrx did this after an oil change. i left it running for 20 mins and it cleared.
it still sticks now and then but generally clears after a few seconds now.
my main advise is NEVER use an engine flush. this will kill a scooby engine.

it did clear but it came back and sounds so bad think ill pull it apart again ffs

were the version3 sti`s not fitted with shims? instead of hydraulic lifters.

thats right so y am i getting a knockin from the top end that was not there before

sriped it down today and found that exhast shims r not as free as the rest so cam out AGAIN and reset them so i hope it all works tomorrow fingers crossed
