wing mirrors

Just the glass.
You CAN fit the folding ones quite easily though, you need the mirrors, the folding type mirror switch and a couple of lengths of wire.
Takes a half day with plenty of breaks

No, no relays, but you can make the wiring a LOT easier if you can get hold of some connectors, they are the captive ones from the end of the car loom at the mirror, and at the switch. Mine came off a Leggy. The two ends are different sizes

Its a very basic design of how the fold, the switch is a constant Live and the mirror motor sits ontop of a copper ring that has a small break in it (at the same point the wing mirror is about to hit your window) so it stops, when you put the switch up the other way to make them pop out again the motor just spins in reverse and again, lines up with the small break in the copper ring and its folded out
i had the pleasure of spending a whole day replacing the motor in my drivers wing mirror and getting this sequence back in line is a very frustrating job !!!

Do you have the correct/original type switch
basically, its a 3 toggle position switch,up is unfolded/down is folded,in the middle is no power
As i say above, you can give power to them forever and they only fold/unfold until they hit that break in the copper so i would of thought you can just wire them up and they have their own built in off switch (the break in the copper ring)
i havent had the switch apart in mine so cant 100% say but i do know what i say above is how they operate
good luck bud
