The insurance comapny (Fortis) has admitted that the policy concerned has unlimited third party liability cover and they will have to cover the costs associated with the accident

Has anyone seen the tv coverage (from Wednesday)?

The track that the land rover left seemed very straight.....
They said on the radio yesterday that the driver may have fallen asleep.
How is this going to affect the insurence (if not just media hype?).

Unhappy

More to the point...what about all the other Fortis policyholders...my guess is most will have to move elsewhere due to a BIG hike in their premiums!!!!!
