I wonder if the car that the train hit and the driver is found to be at fault will his car insurance company foot the bill I just

The insurance comapny (Fortis) has admitted that the policy concerned has unlimited third party liability cover and they will have to cover the costs associated with the accident ![](http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/eek.gif)

Has anyone seen the tv coverage (from Wednesday)?
The track that the land rover left seemed very straight.....
They said on the radio yesterday that the driver may have fallen asleep.
How is this going to affect the insurence (if not just media hype?).
