Default Newage wrx/sti wheels?

Helllo
I have a 2005 blobeye WRX with gold wheels. They are the usual twin five spoke design found on all WRX, however they are gold. Does this mean they are sti alloys and will fit Brembo's? They came with 215/45 tyres if this helps.
Thanks

Are the spokes parallel or are they slightly divergent with dimples on the rim ?

A pic would help

if the wheels came with the car then they are prob WRX wheels the 215 tyre also indicates WRX origin

from that alone i would say no they wont fit brembo

BUT as said a pic would confirm

where are you BTW as i have a set of gold Sti wheels with Eagle F1 5-6mm for sale. no curbing as far as i can remember just need the brake dust cleaning off

Remember if fitting Brembos all round on a WRX the rear handbrake shoes will need changing to compensate for the bigger rear discs. The WRX ones dont reach the inside of the bell. I found this out for myself firsthand

No, they won't fit. The STi uses 225 Tyres if I remember correctly.

i will confirm this STI does use 225. i really dont think you have STI wheels. as said the tyres should be 225, also STI wheels have little "dimples" around the outside of the alloy.
