Exactly when was the new interior fitted into Scoobys in 97? i.e. when looking for a car to buy which month do I go for? Would a 97 P Reg have the new seats?

Or does it depend on month registered?

The MY97 got the new interior, so a 97 P should have it, a late 96 P might have it but as usual you have to be wary of last of MY96's registered in '97

It would appear from what I have seen that the interior got changed in stages, I have seen cars with
old dash, and new seats.
new dash, old gear-lever surround and new seats
and new everthing
as for when your guess is as good as mine!
Sorry thats not really much help, but thats why I ended up going for new car.
