No abs
Hey guys, right ive been looking at type r's for a few weeks now and the time has come to get some money down for one.
But the only thing that puts me off is the lack of abs. How have you guys found it running a car this powerful with no abs? Thanks

Perfectly fine (303bhp at the mo)
However the the can be tail happy as i found out recently and cost me 2 alloys (damp, open diff, pulled out of a petrol station, boost kicked in,tail went out, kerb stopped me ).
If you are worried at least learn about cadence braking

I dont have any issues not having abs, then again most of the cars I owned didnt have abs either
ABS is a safety device, you can drive around it as most of us "oldies" have for years, if you do an advanced driving course they will teach you these methods, if your too pampered with all these safety devices then just buy a P1

**** happens, the wheels took the impact, suspension is fine so i'm a lucky boy.
May have been a bit of diesel on the road as it's my regular petrol station and I've driven out in similar conditions and it's never happened before.
