Anyone know how to contact Mike Wood - ex Prodrive?
He was made redundant by Prodrive i believe (Shocking as he was a great source of info & friend to many in the scoobynet community) so no point ringing them.
Anyone have an e-mail address or username on here please?

I'm surprised IM haven't jumped at the chance of Mike's services, they could learn a thing or two about how to treat customers from him.

Yup , can vouch for how devoted to great service he was..met him on 1 occasion on a Subaru track day and he couldn't have been more helpful and friendly when I mentioned to him a problem of my car retarding.. he took time out, got his laptop out, connected it up to my car,and worked his magic Top guy
IM getting rid of him is a perfect example of IM shooting themselves in the foot, imo.

Prodrive customer service was and still is second to none.
Another example - non car related
I bought an SWRT watch from them many years ago, and I remember having problems with it after a battery change.
Left it with two different repair shops who could not find a fault and I asked Prodrive if they could suggest anyone.
So after nearly 2 years they just said, send us your address and we'll send you a replacement and you ship the old unit back to us.
I personally know two other guys that used to be with Prodrive
1 was a senior WRC technician(Built the first WRC car), the other guy was a customer WRC technician.
Both of them are great blokes too.

Another credit to prodrive - I had some prodrive mudflaps which I managed to rip in half when they caught on a kerb, they were astounded that i'd torn them in half without ripping off the bumper. Sent me a replacement free of charge.
