Default turbo timer/alarm

just had my hks turbo timer wired up and was told it could not be connected to the alarm, so i can lock car with keys and walkaway but cant set alarm till timer has stopped, is there a way round this?
I have a cobra cat 1 alarm

There are plenty of ways to do what you want but all will invalidate the cat 1 status of your alarm (and therefore invalidate any insurance policy written on the basis of your car having one).

The best way round that is to remove the turbo timer. Your engine is almost certainly better off without.
