hi all this invite is to anyone really but it will most likely be people who live in west yorkshire who will turn up. the thing is my family run something called the meltham gala which is basically a big fun day for the people of huddersfield. it takes place every year on the meltham recreation ground and this year falls on sunday 6th of june. what i am trying to do is get a few subaru owners to turn up on the day and display there cars and whilst there you can enjoy the day! it is very much a family day so kids etc can come with you and join in with the many games and rides! the v,w owners club for the region is also turning up and being a scooby man myself i dont want to see the side let down lol please let me know by putting your name down on this post if you would be interested in coming and/or displaying your car or even just for any more details thanks all. scott

 

Hi Scott, could well be interested in turning up and bringing the motor (have to speak with missus first though LOL) there is a rule that all kids must at least dip their fingers in Meguiars Wax before touching the car LOL

hi jeff thanks very much for the first reply we can rope off an area where kids can look but not touch your pride and joy if you prefer it would be great to have you there and there will be plenty of entertainment on all day if you want to bring your kids with you too (assuming you have some)

Yep, 16 year old son and 9 year old daughter - one of them would want to drive the cars and the other would be happy picking flowers and making daisy chains.............not sure what it is with Josh and flowers LOL

hi mate there will be a fun fair,punch and judy, games to take part in donkey rides,face painting, acrobatic display team a bungee run,raffles,majorrettes and loads of other stuff it really is worth coming great day out for everyone

 

theres nothing to think about mate your car needs to be there to show off its recovery after the incident a few weeks ago and your closer than everybody else who is coming too so no excuses lol

 

anymore for this come on guys everyone welcome it will be a great day out the army is coming now aswell lots of entertainment etc
