You'll make 350bhp with a 16G at 19.5-20psi but you'll need at least 550cc injectors. Start taking it much further and you face turning it into a flame thrower. You're better off tuning the timing and Air/Fuel to give you more torque low down to make the car quicker.

You can make more boost than 20psi, perhaps 21-22psi but and you will have to think about using Methanol or Ethanol in at least a 20% mix to get over the extra heat produced by compressing the charge air more which will lead to massive det and goodbye engine.

You wouldn't want to take the engine to more than 350bhp anyway even though i think the V2 STi runs a closed deck block (CDB), i think the pistons are cast like the WRX. I might be wrong, and then there's the gearbox which will be straining bigtime at that.

Over 20PSI and it's fast diminishing returns but don't just up the boost as you're asking for trouble, get it remapped properly. ESL remapping is the way forward there.
