2002 bugeye sti

2 things , i got a puncture today ( potenza`s RE 040`S ) run flats . i have found a nail in the center of the tyre can this be repaired as i have driven about 5 miles ?

and secondly today i have noticed when i start the car and rev it a little i can here water swoosing about, it sounds like it is coming from the glove box area. is this something to worry about ?

Ye the puncture can be repaired at any decent tyre shop. Im not too sure but ive heard the bugeye's have a common fault with the heater matrix.

 

Needs bleeding....
