Default Clutch pedal problem

The pedal is sticking down when i change from 3rd to 4th under hard acceleration. As i press the pedal it seem to be getting 'sucked' down and then sticks. Itll normally crunch into 4th, then it seems to release itself after a few seconds.
Whats going on??
Its not a dodgy car mat catching the pedal and clutch fluid is fine.

Thanks
x

remove your intercooler and you will be able to see your slave on your box. see if the spring is still there, if not replace it , mine was doing the same last week and seen mine was missing while fitting a oil catch can.

If it is crunching into gear that would point towards been the seal on the Clutch Master Cylinder, if it were the spring, it would engage gear fine, just not return.
