Default Valuation Advice : Stock 05 STI wheels

Can anyone give me a rough idea of how much a set of 4 good condition gold stock 05 blobeye STI wheels with decent Bridgestone re70's on are worth please?

Fitted new wheels to mine and these are now taking up space in the spare room so want to sell

Thanks

I would keep them should you need a spare set or if you return to standard for selling the car.

If they are 5x100 you might get up to 300 for an immaculate set, but if they are 114.3 your market is tiny. People really only buy 114.3 for track, returning to standard or to replace a kerb single, so people are looking for sub £200 really. The 114.3 only fit MY05+ STi's therefore the classic market for which the MY04/Older STi wheels are very popular, simply isn't there. The BBS type STi wheel does command more money due to rarity, with UK owners wanting a more unique wheel and the JDM look.

Assuming near immaculate and private sale (not ebay)....

Your target for pre MY05 should be £300 with average legal tyres.

Your target for MY05+ Enkei should be £150-250 with average legal tyres.

Your target for MY05+ BBS should be £250 - £350 with average legal tyres.

Ebay is hit and miss and I have seen people pay way over the odds, but I myself have had some bargains. From personal experience I have never paid over £150 for STi wheels (and I have all of those above) and they have all come with tyres and have all been near immaculate.

Keep them.....or sell them to me for a £100

these are the ones with the odd offset arent they? 5 x 114 iirc? if they are then they fetch a lot less than the wheels with the 5 x 100.

id whip the tyres off and sell them seperatly or as above keep as spares.

Yea they are 114.3 PCD, thats a bummer might just keep them then they just take up so much room which is annoying

What sort of money were you thinking mate out of interest? Its just I have a Hawkeye STi and 2 of its wheels were lightly kurbed when I bought it, would make a re-furb easier for me if I had a set to bolt on while they were getting done.........................

going by the responses above id be happy letting them go for £200 but would rather not have to deal with postage so collection would be preferred.

What is the tyre size ? if they are 235/45 RE070's you might get more split for part worns £120 wheels £150. If not c.£200 with a good clean and some nice pics will sell reasonably well.

If you get them refurbed at SEM in Sunderland they will loan you a set of wheels while they do it. Top job too.
