for my classic, looking at whiteline alloy droplinks and front and rear arbs, not sure what ones to go for, seen eibach arbs 22mm front and 24mm rear, or are the whiteline ones as good? what size is best for road use and do they really make much of a difference over standard?

yes, they make a big difference, go for 22mm whiteline fron, and 24mm whiteline rear arb's and solid droplinks, and if you can afford get an anti lift kjit as well, then get the whole lot set up properly by somewhere like powerstation.

Depends on what you want from them, as I think 24mm is over kill for normal road use etc.
I have 22mm rear and set to middle setting, and what a difference, I bought the perrin stout mounts, and arb. with whiteline arbs.
Well worth the money, still got to get fronts sorted and anti lift kit. But loving it at the moment.

Interesting I have the whiteline front and rear droplinks.
Now what difference will I notice when I replace my front and rear ARB and the difference between the 22m and 24. Also what does th alf do. I'm guessing it stops the wheel lifting of ground?

I'm using a Whiteline 22mm rear anti roll bar and standard on the front. Experimenting with mine on the hardest setting at the mo, but so far i find the car handles a lot better on the middle setting. Yet to do a run in the wet as yet. Changing the rear bar on a classic is one of the best mods you can do to improve handling, almost completely dials out the understeer.

i saw a thread like this a little while ago where whiteline jumped in and helped out, they recommended the alk, rear 22mm arb, plus the front and rear droplinks if its only a road car as they reckon the 24 mm and front arb is overkill.

why would it be overkill exactly? dont understand how uprating the front arb at the same time could be too much? and what difference would it make between a 22mm and 24mm at the rear? is it much stiffer?

I have a 24mm whiteline front arb with wire droplinks and it made a big difference to the handling the car feels more solid on the road i think its fine for road use, im getting a 24mm rear arb soon.
