Default What Fuel Pressure Would Be Safe

HI there. i have a wrx import running 320 bhp, recently installed 440cc injectors and fuel pump, just wondered what would be a safe pressure to run and wanna be able to rag it abit before having a remap. Was running 4bar on old injectors, but thought it would be abit much. Its runing 1bar of boost. Hope someone can help

What did you change the injectors from? As if you have gone up a size the you could be overfuelling. So getting bore wash, not good.

I have a UK MY00 with standard 440 injectors. Mods that matter are ported headers, 3" sports cat d/p, Magnex centre and back box, VF30 turbo, Walbro pump. For the second remap (now running 1.35 Bar on standard topmount intercooler) I fitted a fuelab regulator and upped the fuel pressure from 3 Bar (standard pressure with vacuum pipe to manifold disconnected from regulator) to 3.75 Bar, which did allow a reduction in injector duty and an increase in power. Because the fuel pressure increases with intake pressure (with vacuum hose connected of course) then much more than this probably isn't recommended.

No pressure is safe if you want to rag it in its current state.
