Hi Guys

Have got my car booked in with my "new" local Subaru dealer for my 40k mile service and was wondering if anyone had used them before? Dealer is located in Witney oxfordshire.

Any good or bad commments would be great, thanks

They have been there a long time and know there chip's!
When I used to live in Witney I wouldn't use them as they used to condemn Subaru import's!

I've always found them to be a really friendly, helpful, family run firm who love their scoobies. No criticisms of their service either. Top guys (and girl!).

if this is the one in hailey bunch of rip of merchants..... rather make the trip to api or swindon mate.

in my expercience i spent thousands there and had no benifit...rip you off treat you like a james blunt and are fake as they get.

DOUCHE BAGSSSSSSSS! wrench your own car where you can....and go to specialists not main dealers as they wont rip you off or over charge!

I was about to say that Scoobyboy from on here works there. But as you can see he is on the ball.

Sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. Perhaps I should have added to my earlier post that my opinion is based on taking a "buyer beware" approach in most things, especially getting the car serviced. Never does any harm to shop around, get a few prices, then see what deal you can get.

Just got back from having a morning out in Witney

But have to say was very pleased with the dealership and the work, and have further work booked in for next week

Would have liked them to have had a few more cars for sale, was hoping to fall in love with a new sti in white

Not a huge dealership but the polite and friendly service makes up for it

Glad to hear you had a good visit. I think that most of their business is in servicing at the moment, but a while back they were definitely worth talking to about new cars even if they didn't have what you wanted on the forecourt. It might be worth giving them a ring and asking for Simon (the dealer principal).
