Do they have to aim down at the road, or does it not matter which way they aim?
Also, if you have them fitted to the front, am I going to fail MOT if they dont work? (wiring needs sorting and MOT's tomorrow)

If the lights are there then they have to work for the MOT.
I once covered up a side repeater on a car with black tape for the MOT, tester frowned upon it as he knew i was covering it up as it wasnt working but he passed it
