What sort of road were you on?
Have you driven a car with ABS before?
What car did youdrive previously?
I have a similar car to you, ABS comes in regularly when braking hard on an uneven surface.
I found the ABS on all 3 of my Imprezas to be quite sensitive.

The ABS is a little over sensitive on subaru's in general, though what tyres do you have on the car?
