Andy at Scoobyteknix is definately not organising this event, and looks like it won't happen this year.
They are moving to larger premises in October, so ithey are very busy and the new premises do not unfortunately have the parking space for the number of cars.
Neil.

Omg
This has happened for 8 years and is one of the main events of the year
Can someone take ownership of this one
Prehaps from the lads as the NBO acount is still open for fundraising
I don't want to coordinate it as we need people that know the layout of blackpool

I liked the meeting place on the prom .. the car park was big enough and its a straight run down to lights .. less chance of losing our way !
Wow that was 2005 .. how fast has that time gone ..

When it started out it was in Halfords carpark near the Airport, the first 2 years it was there. Is there no chance of it starting there again? and meeting back at the Mc Ds after the run. Just means doing the lights south to north instead.

Date is normally Saturday in October
Half term week I think
Normally starts at 7pm through to mcdonalds meeting point at 930 pm
Can someone remember where the meeting point along the prom was ?
Could we park 100 cars along there ?

Ok
I propose
Rich green scoob is the chief planner
( he did come third in the NBO competion)
Need help with this guys so
Do we hold it on a Sunday instead of a Saturday ?
Might get more people who would go for the day have fun in the afternoon assemble at 6pm and the drive at 7pm
We have allready 4/5 people who said they would help so we should be able to wrap this up in the next 2 days
I like the idea of a Sunday
The promandade on the map sounds fine as a starting point
Would 150 cars be able to park up there beforehand as it's good to meet up for an hour beforehand
Charity
Andy from scoobytexnix normally does that and it's normally a grand we raise I think
