Hi All,
I need some advise![Ponder2](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/ponder2.gif)
As you know the standard Subaru(Sigma) cat 1 alarm is only good if someone enters the car. But you can shake the car to bits without it going off![Cry2](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/cry2.gif)
My question is can you add a motion detector to the existing alarm or do you need to buy a new system with one on?
What about a proximity sensor? One that does not go off if a cat goes by!!!
Cheers

you can get a prox sensor that just bleps if someone gets to close and will set the alarm of if the cars entered. i had one of these on my sigma s30 on my old car as there a universal sensor. they cost around £30-£40 then about a tenner for someone to wire it in.
