It only happens when i am going fast, turning right.

 

I have a simillar problem, failed the MOT on it, steering rack gaitor or somethings gone, keep forgetting what its called but its something like that.

 

Could be anything bud.. check your CV joints, could be tracking or maybe your Drive Shaft.. i had similar problem where my drive shaft teeth were worn or maybe the ballbearing case inside the joint..

 

After rechecking it wont be the steering track gaitor thats making the noise on my car, the other gaitor thats needing replaced is down as "Front constant velocity joint gaitor" whatever that is and thats what i think is causing the noise on mine, but as already said it'll be a joint of some sort most likely.

 

Its not like i hear the noise all the time, its only when i excellerate hard to the right i feel and hear a funny noise. I will get my mechanic to have a good look.
