petrol light uk99

Default petrol light uk99

alright lads ive just took my clocks out of car an unplugged because i was going to fit knocklink into dash then thought cant be bothered. put clocks back in and now petrol light has come on even though quarter tank left. is this common when removing clocks an will it go out next time i have to put fuel in.

HI Mate ive took my clocks out 4 times with no hassle from the petrol light ,the one thing i did notice is you can move the fuel guage on the clocks giving it false readings .

Had mine out loads of times, never had any probs with petrol light/gauge

thanks lads i will take it back out tommorra an recheck all connections.
to the first post- i took out clocks but didnt get to point where took casing apart
