Great link. This one still makes me angry:

Reason(s) for refusal to issue Certificate:

Tom tom Windscreen has a sticker or other obstruction encroaching into the swept area by more than 40mm outside zone 'A' (8.3.1e)

This was my cars first MOT (6 months before I bought it)

Reason(s) for refusal to issue Certificate

Offside Rear Tyre tread depth below requirements of 1.6mm (4.1.E.1)

All four in wrong rotation Tyre not fitted in accordance with side wall instructions (4.1.D.1f)

Advisory Notice issued

N/s rear tyre worn to limit

Corrosion on brake discs

How the hell do you fit the tyres the wrong way and have corrosion on the brake discs??

It was a woman that owned it first.
