Are you talking about removing the clutch fork thats holding the bearing? If so there is a flat cap with something like a 8mm hex in it ,on the side of the gearbox. Remove that. Then you need a long 5mm bolt, have a feel inside for a 5mm threaded hole. Screw the bolt in a few turns and use it to pull the clutch fork shaft out.
Thrust bearing iirc is remove the clutch pressure plate (never done one tho), but clutch fork is as above. But from your post you say you have the box off??
Remove the clutch from the flywheel, Turn over the pressure plate. Prise the circular clip off the outter edge of the bearing and drop it out of the pressure plate, Then refit the clip on the thrust bearing.
