I used to look forward to that programme a few years ago, what a load of crap its turned into, too many boring farts on it now, tiff still does his bit and sexy vic, I bet shes sick of plugging ****ty people carriers,
How dull.

I know the Shamrock looked and probably was crap, but I'm sure they're wrong about there only being one (unfortunately) I stayed with a guy in Galway a couple of years ago and he had one in the garage, not drive-able though.
Apart from that small point, yes it was tosh again!

Lets be honest - it's only worth watching for Vics and if there not going to let her drive a sports car in a warm country then whats the point.
At least Clarkson was amusing sometimes....

Don't know what your all talking about, everything I know about cars I learnt from Top Gear
I think it's better than ever. I spent years writing into TG asking them to review more people carriers, shopping trolleys and RAV 4's it's much better now.
You lot just don't have a clue do you.
(Still waiting for the 'which colour car is best for going to the supermarket in' article I've been suggesting ... sure it won't be long)

Cem,
Thanks for the support.
DavidBrown,
Since when (other than after 17pints) have you walked down the high street / sat in a pub and said to yourself "she's 'tidy enough' - I'll have her"
"Tidy enough" is not good enough for me.
If I got my hands on Caprice, talking is the last thing I would let her do......
Each to his own. I suppose VB-H at less than 5', and me at 6'5", she may have her uses........
She'd make a good gnome, or even a 'kickstep' to get to those really difficult to reach places...
Sorry - I'm losing it now. I'll get my coat.

If you want a "supposedly" good looking girl presenting a TV show then watch Ice with Jordan on Men and Motors.
Jordan has absolutely no idea what she's talking about, and everyone that she "interviews" knows this and get embarrassed answering her questions about what they've done to their cars!

Hey fellas - Caprice was just an example, and yes there are even foxier birds out there.
At the end of the day, if we did a straw poll of the world's foxiest birds, would VBH feature in the list? - no.
If we did a straw poll of the world's most intellectually stimulating birds, would VBH feature in the short list? - no.
Even if we did a straw poll of the world's most giftest female drivers, would VBH feature in the short list? - no.
I bet she doesn't even make a good cuppa, is sh1te at washing up and can't even iron my shirts.
I have a beautiful loving girlfriend, and do I care that to her the most important attribute of her car is the fact that it's green? Do I b0ll0x. I do the driving in this family.
Perfection is everything. Compromise is nothing.
I love threads like this.

LOL
Seriously, how about Tara Palmer T then? She would make a good Top Gear presenter.

I've always thought that VBH would be a right dirty ****er in bed by the way she talks and giggles....

I used to be an avid watcher of Topgear..but the producer seems to want to fill the programme with pathetic attempts at humour and every two minutes a trailer telling me whats about to come next. I realise peoples attention spans' are less these days but if they concentrated on cars instead I'd be more impressed. Another example of dumbing down I suppose and a continued waste of VBH and Tiffs talents.

I'd like to see more of VBH doing what she does best - enjoying herself driving fast cars and giggling all the time, as opposed to driving dodgy looking MPV's around a car park!
As for Jason Barlow - when are they going to get rid off him - that woman presenter from a couple series ago was far better than him and she only lasted one series!

I am still at a TOTAL loss to see what any of you see in V "short-4rsed-wide-hipped-frog-mouthed-annoying-voiced" B-H.
Jesus Christ - we have the likes of Caprice on this planet, and you lot are letching after VB-H.....!!!!!!
Sort it out - set your standards a bit higher (or are all the contributors to Scoobynet ugly bast4rds as well???)

Some of us go for more than just looks.
VBH is tidy enough, and has a real interest in motors. What more could a bloke ask for ?
Or are you just put out that she can drive far better than you ?
IMO Caprice is bland and has no character.

Zip,
OK I admit that Caprice is far better looking than VBH but can Caprice even string a sentence together?? The attraction to VBH is not purely down to looks, I think the idea of a sexy woman who is mad about cars is pretty good!
Yes Top Gear is utter utter crap since Clarkson and Wilson left.

Hooorah! Someone talks sense at last...jesus guys get a grip.
She is a mongrel and the only reason you have a liking towards her is because of her job.
And please dont even think about telling me that Caprice and VBH are comparable!

I think my ex reads this (or gets it sent to her) so I'll take the 5th ammendment on that one.
Thing is, gold wheels are proof that beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder.
Otherwise most of you ugly muppets would still be single, so be grateful for that fact.

Please don't let the subject of gold wheels tarnish this otherwise highly entertaining, Friday afternoon thread.
Cem - TP-T? Not enough where it matters, and too much where it don't......
I suppose she did have an NSX once.
DavidBrown - very true.
PS: how astonishingly diplomatic of you.
