Back in a scoob, boot spoilers and tracking devices
I havent posted in ages and having just got back in to a scoob after 5 dry years, I am absolutely loving my 55 plate STi.
So far I have made the following small changes:
- Replacing my big wing and boot with a standard WRX wing and boot saved me 5.5 kgs hanging off the back top point of the car. Nice. Spolierectomy successful!
- Upgrading my tracking device saved me 500 grams over the old beast (useless fact, but dang the 2005 tech trackers are dinosaurs!) and has cured my battery discharge problem. The battery (rep top bad boy) was barely lasting 3-4 days without a long drive to charge. It may be placebo, but with a decent charge running through the system it now seems to pull stronger and cleaner, equivalent to a good grounding mod I'd think. Double nice! Trackerometry successful!
