Default Restrictor pill

So I've found out that my00 Uk turbz has a 0.8mm welding tip but it should be 1.2mm. I've tried drilling it and have broken 3 drill bits! Where can I source a proper restrictor pill? Main dealers?!

Are you having problems with the boost?
What's your reason for changing the pill?

Yes boost spikes, like pulsating sort of thing had it since I bought the car. Changed maf sensor, air filter, cleaned boost solenoid and pipework/vacuum hose then discovered that the pill is the wrong size, hoping this is the problem!

Sounds like you are heading in the right direction. Just be more gentle when drilling.
