Seems reasonable at 99 Euro's, picture quality looks reasonable judging by this YouTube clip, although it's not ideally mounted, would be better with a clear view through the screen or outside the car!

Not tried it, but the youtube video seems very good quality compared to what resolution it says it is (320x240 / 640x480 <- Think this must be for still pics).

If you're wanting to try something really cheap, how about a trusty chinese product:

I paid a bit more and got a GoPro - normal not HD, very pleased with it. Consider paying more and I think you wont be upset.

 

Generic Chinese cam - check ebay, loads on there that'll be the same but much cheaper, as per MDS WRX's link above

 

if u know anyone going to the states for a get away, get them to pick u up a gopro hd cam,fraction of the price, there the best cam ive seen

 

Got a kodak zx1 and a fat gecko in the end for under £100 and I'm quite pleased with it
