My 03 sti off set?
Does anyone know what the maximum off set you could run on a MY03 sti without the arches having to be rolled. Want to put MY05> sti wheels on using spacers that change the stud pattern and just want to check if the off set would be OK, and possibly what thickness of spacer I would want?
Cheers

The offset is the same on the MY05 as it is on the MY03, the PCD is different, 100x5 v 114.3x5
You shouldnt have any issues with the wheels fitting in the arches, but why do you want to go to a different pcd? is it just because of a make of alloy wheel fits your car?? there is no other real benefit from doing so, the changes on the MY05 car are a little more complex than just that.

Hi Tony
I bought the car with some after market wheels on which i'm not overly keen on and quite like the MY05 sti wheels. As you can get spacers that will change the PCD, I thought I go that route as long as the offset will be OK and the wheels won't be hanging out of the arches.

Think it depends on the size of the spacers, UK MY05 cars run a 225/45/17 still, JDM's run a 235/45/17, you shouldnt have any issues fitting those with the hub spacers
Your other alternative is some BBS wheels that came with the JDM MY03/04 cars, they look similar to the MY05 STI wheels but are forged and somewhat more expensive (if) you can get a set.
