i put my coilovers on ebay and the were who won. now i can get hold of the buyer. he/she wont return my emails and hasnt turned up to collect the items.

this happened 5days ago so im guessing ive been let down! ive tried to claim back the cost for the sell of the item but as they are not responding it looks unlikely!

why is buying or selling becoming more and more difficult?

 

if you file a report as a seller for a non paying winner, ebay will normally drop the listing fees, on another note how much are you after for the coilovers and which impreza will they fit?

 

selling is becoming practically impossible on ebay due to there the "buyer" is always right attitude, the fact is the person who bought the coilovers off of you, can leave you negative feedback and there is nothing ebay will do about it.

 

I hate eBay I have been miss about time and time again. I feel your pain and I hope you get it sorted soon

well i have filed a complaint but like someone said unless your the buyer ebay dont give a dam!

im putting them back on the bay if they dont go then they will gather dust in my garage.

 

ebay can see you have tried to contact them with no response ebay can also give you there phone number and if still no joy you will get your fees back and if they were to leave neg feed back just ring ebay and they will remove it are quite helfull i have found but ring dont do it via email

 

Ebay is going overboard with buyer protection. What about seller protection if you read the paypal rules they are an absolute joke. Unless you post recorded you can be stuffed. If the item, according to the recipient, is 'not as described' your stuffed.

I have been messed around too much on eBay with little come back. I t has now put me right off selling, especially considering the fees with both eBay and paypal.

if you sign into ebay,click contact us (top right) and then choose the option(item not paid for)
it will then open a new page and on the right it says, call us
click that and you will get there phone number and a pin number
