why so many in oxford area

Why are ther so many gold wheeled green p and r reg scoobies in the Oxford area at least three others than mine.

I have only been up to Banbury area to visit a friend...mmmmmmm about 5 times and I think you are right, A lot of Gold wheeler's I think most of them may work for PD
