Default Ninja 2 bung help???

I bought a bung for my exhaust it's not that loud just I love in a close and feel that in the morning 7am the noise might annoy people so want to bung it just for going to work, I don't even get time to go on boost, so I odered one from scoobyworld for me exhaust poped it in and tightened nut and bolt with adjustable started car lovely and quite but 30secs later it's rattling then I drive 100 yards down the road and it's on the floor,

Any ideas??

Expansion mate. Tight fit when cold, loose when hot You could try a strip of DEI adhesive heat tape around the tip of the bung, or a thin nylon washer between the pipe and bung to pack it out more when torquing the nut down.

To be honest it was a pretty loose fit when stone cold, I can't afford to change full system may just do back box was thinking prodrive but don't want it sounding poo as rest of system is aftermarket,

H&S Scooby Sport is a lovely BB

On my Apexi I used to use a nylon washer on the outside to bolt through to protect the pipe, and then I would also try packing out between the pipe and the bung with another nylon washer. You can also slightly deform the bung to make it a tighter fit

Nah Spec D is uber quiet, STi BB

Ninja 2 is going to be noisy regardless of resonator pipe tbh.

If I needed an everyday I would go for the H&S ScoobySport. I went STi on the SpecD because I want to get under 98db for Bedford track Days
