Post bloody pensioners

I was sat in my car in a public car park waiting for the missis, and along comes a pensioner in his 2010 Mitsubishi colt,he goes for the space next to me and bang straight into the side of me. minor damage to both passenger and rear doors, when i say minor i mean scratches across both doors. the mad thing is he didnt even know he had done it, when i confronted him in a very polite manner as he got out his car, his 75+ wife was like no we didn't do that, that was already there. lucky i had a witness. now he has admitted it to his insurance and i have got the insurance guy coming to check the damage. i have got a 5zigen fireball exhaust on and its not yet confirmed to my insurance does it matter? or are they just coming to check the damage? any info cheers guys

I would guess you would be ok as you would be claiming off his Insurance, But make sure you get it added to your Insurance

If it was me I would question whether you were actually Insured ... due to the undeclared mod. you are not covered, shouldn't have been out and certainly not in the way of an old experienced driver!

Oh for God's sake, someone get him his Horlicks and put him to bed before he starts going on about his awesome driving abilities, his Civic's mpg and the time he shot down a Jerry plane during the War...
