I had them in my S202 and yes they are quite rare, also fitted in the WR1 plus some Spec C variants like the limited models.

I'm also after a set as well if you know of any, far better than the standard STi seats as they offer more support especially in the shoulder area.

A set went on EBay last week for £330 and I missed bidding on them as I was working.

have a look for a set out of a 2010 car, they are all black and will fit straight in, iirc someone is selling a set in for sale general.
