Thats a bit better me-thinks? Nice GTi-R and poor Quentin gets left to drive a shopping trolley.

Shocking stats. on speeding cameras though?

Yep that was Top Gear pretty much - keep with what you know.

That new lad was well funny ripping apart that Citroen C3 piece of crap - me and my mate were in stitches.

Angry

arrgggg spec's cameras on the M5/M6

it woulda been nice to see that proggy be last weekend

and what was that crappy thing report about the GTiR ???

VBH was going on about it as if the geezer modded a 1.4 Zetec Fiesta into a Scoob beater (yet as standard its the same if not quicker than a scoob b4 modding!!) - boring..

sorry to say it but Driven's got Crap - this is Old Top Gear (which was average - unless clarkson was on) - and New Top Gear I avoid..

Totally agree. It was well funny the guy ripping the Citroen to shreds and as for the Pulsar nailing the Viper - eat my dust - the guy's face was superb.

Not enough of VBH squealing and shrieking with delight if you ask me..that Lambo was a nice colour...NOT! The C3 bit was boring. Need to have more stuff non main stream to be interesting, driving bog standard cars is a bit of a yawn unless they liven it up with some head to head stuff..who gives a flying frig about cup holders and how much stuff you can fit in the boot? Leave that kind of thing to What Car!

Still it was better than nothing...

Well it told some people that modified cars can out run Supercars if tuned correctly (don't mention the gearbox on the GtiR when its running 400bhp!).

Would it be nice for such a program to cover the 10 of the best day?

Is it just me then that thought it was pretty crap?
er I'd love to see that pulsar try to go around a courner

Lambo.. dont know how to feel about it looked pretty sweet but Tiff hates any car he cant put into a 20min powerslide

Speed camera report.. yes omfg @ the camera density around me (Reading).. (however nearly ALL are in 30-40 mph roads)

Unfortunatly I can see it turning into a men and motors (ala max power). And buying cars from car supermarkets.. er didn't really mention resale values did he ahh well.

I turned it off and went to asda.

I cant believe tha amount of moaning you guys put in. There are more car programs on than ever and you complain that the latest doesnt meet yr expectations. They have to cover a wide spread to avoid just pleasing Scoobynetters and nobody else. Even when Topgear was at it's best there were always boring articles !!
I thought there were enough good bits for me to carry on watching it.

I will give Topgear another chance now Clarkson is back - I just hope that means the Irish git has been dumped.

Not bad I spose but bloody adverts!!

Am I the only one who thinks that Maxing a Sunny is V sad, Scoobs I can understand but this - Sad Muppett!

Best bit was definately the pulling apart of the C3 - Good man.

Finally, I have also heard that Clarkson is back in the new series of Top Gear.

Considering the slating that Driven gets on here I wondered if people thought this was any better?
Quite poor really I thought.
Top-Gear Gti series on UK Horizons seems the best offering at the moment.
VBH? Oh dear. Very suspect **** and extreme blue eye shadow overload. More like GBH!

I thought it wasn't too bad actually. Great to see a Jap car getting in on the action.

And Baby Blue, you are probably alone in your thoughts - the GTi-R is a very capable motor, and can be bought for the right money.

GTI-R's can go round corners v.quickly, not a car to be taken lightly.

Like for Like Scoob V GTI-R, i couldnt choose which is quicker on twisty b-road.

Didnt get to watch it, but seems i didnt miss much

DW I'm sure that I'm not alone in my thoughts but thats got nothing to do with cars.

The GTiR may very well be a "capable motor" and I am the first to admit that that particular one would leave my scoob standing but at the end of the day it's a Nissan Sunny!!

My father used to drive Sunny's and if you'd ever seen him drive then I'm sure you would see it from my point of view.

I don't mean to offend but I personally don't understand why people want to MAX such motors. Still each to their own I spose.
