Has anyone seen this yet? What does every one think? Doesn't say impreza to me.

it does seem a little bit generic... certainly not instantly recognisable as a scoob, but we'll have to see what its like when it finally hits the showroom. As for being ugly, i don't think the shock is anywhere near as bad as when the bug came out.

I think it looks a million times better than what we have right now. Its about time Subaru upped their game to some kinetic design.
Interesting that its branded "Impreza" as for 2011 they have droped the Impreza name and are calling the vehicles "WRX" and "WRX STI".

I actually quite like what i'm seeing. Seems like it has more fans over at NASIOC than here.

Subaru does need to make up their minds on what to call the 'Impreza'. I remembered they wanted to to drop WRX when they launched the 08 model, which was why they called it the S-GT in Japan instead of WRX.
Perhaps they'll call the "STI" the 'WRX STI' and the base models 'Impreza'.

Only on the turbo models. Lesser versions such as the 1.5R and 2.0 RX are still impreza. They are trying to get the Impreza badge to be seen as a suitable family car, and distancing the turbo models so family buyers don't link them with the normal car.
Subaru believed they never really made it big in UK due to the perception of the general public that all Subarus were loud, fast and had dump valves, used loads of fuel and were a nightmare to insure.
Hmmmm, doesn't seem too far off does it lol
I like the new car, imagine it in WRC with a scoop and a spoiler lol

Thats not for me right now! **** end has remnents of audi's r8 in there im sure. Is that a bad thing? who knows. as above with all the other cars that people have posted showing the scoobywith some of those cars in it, it seems as if all the designers got together for a party and thought 'hey, lets draw a car and then sick a badge on te front that will annoy lost of proud owners around the country, and it seems they have! i didn't like the hatch when they brought that out but it grew on me, so lets see where this takes us......

I'm mostly seeing Mazda in that...
I'm not Imprez'd. Too formulaic, no quirky butt-uglyness either...
What's with the cross eyed clocks... ?
LOL

P.S. For us old folk, that's a "coronary in progress" look...
