Hi Mark

I have received the shampoo and cleanser - yesterday.
I have not received the aqua blade; which says on the invoice that it was dispatched in a separate parcel.
Post has been delivered for today so I hope the Royal Mail have not f£&$^%$ed up again.....

Insignia's official line on 1st class post is that it can take up to 4 days. My mum had some stuff posted to her address for my birthday on the 20th March - she forwarded 4 items to me all at the same time from the same post box and they all were delivered to my address separately - the longest finally arriving last Thursday - the 4th April!

Just used it on my brothers new landrover to sort out a small scratch from a tree, worked great.. now he want's to nick mine.
