I`ve been running 3mm spacers for 3 years now, came on the car from Japan, both TSL and Chevron Motorsport have done the geometry in that time and both chose to leave them in place. They have the same interal bore as the hub so fit on snugley. Running 8j 17" wheels, unsure of offset, lowerd est 30mm with no clearence issues at all.

I had the normal flat spacers on the front of my '03wrx to clear Brembos with the standard 17" wheels. Judder was very bad over 50 mph. Had to go for bigger wheels.

Mine are flat, but the difference between mine and others i`ve seen is that they are a perfect fit around the hub in the middle, very tight when you push em on. I have no wheel wobble what so ever even at 130+ on track.
